Our Website Process
Discuss your website requirements with us.
We will discuss your website needs and options with you and the website package and features that suits your individual needs. We will then put it all into a quote and email it to you for you to consider. For more information on our website packages and the features they include, please visit our “Packages” page.
Project Confirmation & Deposit Payment
With your confirmation on website package and inclusions, an account is set up and a deposit invoice is issued.
The design & Development Process:
Step 1 - The Design
For your “one of a kind” website, we work with you to design something to your exacting needs.
You will have a design consultation with a member of our creative team over the phone to discuss your likes, dislikes, preferences, colour schemes etc… we will incorporate your logo into your custom design. Once we have a good idea of the overall look and feel that you want to achieve, our creative team will put together a design for you.
Step 2 - The Construction Phase
Once we have completed your Website Design, you will be asked to “sign off” on the design as “Complete”. (Any changes to design elements or site layout after this point will incur additional costs.)
The construction phase now begins. Your design is now constructed in an online demonstration area where you can view your site online at any time throughout the construction process.
You will be required to supply us with the content for your website (website images and page content for each page). You will be given access to this online demonstration area to review and comment on the website development. This process should take no longer than 2 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE - The development time frame reflects directly on how soon we receive the necessary website content, images and any other information needed to complete your website. Time delays may also occur where additional design elements are required e.g. Custom Logo or changes to code are required.
Step 3 - Approval & Website goes LIVE
Once all content has been added to your website and had its final check, you will be asked to give us final approval and your remaining balance & web hosting will be invoiced.
Upon payment of final invoice & web hosting, your domain name will be registered to your business (if required) and we will set up the web host - along with any required email addresses and transfer your website to the web host. At this point, your website is now live and ready for the world to see!
Install Google Analytics & Submit to Search Engines
When your website goes live, we will install Google analytics into your website so you can track traffic to your website and submit to search engines.
Managing your Website
You have the option of a phone tutorial session teaching you how to access the administrative section of your website to allow you to manage and update your website content. We also have online “Help” documents you can access at any time for any assistance you may require.
